The apartment is equipped with every comfort within a historic building dating back to the 16th century. It is fully furnished with designer furniture, modern paintings, and elegant lighting from large, bright arched windows offering splendid views of Venice.
The accommodation has a large living room furnished with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, both with double beds.
The building does not have an elevator.
